Setting Email Blackberry

The settings on all Blackberry GENERAL (not a specific setting) is almost similar to the e-mail settings on the client’s personal computer.

Namely:

Username: [xxx@domain.com]
Password: [passwordanda]
E-mail Address: [user@domain.com]
Mail Server: mail.domain.com

Here’s the difference do not need to set the port, as well as SMTP authentication.

Trouble shooting more often than not the user settings are correct according to the above, but after checking the new IP hosting we have not got a PTR of datacenters. Blackberry server seems to reject the IP-IP is not to PTR.

Another problem to make mail is the username must be completed, if not complete it will fail.
